I'm a Quality System Manager at Instagrid with a solid background in quality management and a growing interest in UX design. I bring over two years of experience working with ISO 9001, AS9100, supplier management, and root cause analysis tools like 8D and Ishikawa. I’ve led data-driven process improvements, delivered training on ESD and RCA, and worked closely with teams to raise quality standards.
